3. 100% Local Storage & Zero Data Transmission

All information managed by the Extension is saved strictly on your local computer using the browser’s chrome.storage.local API.

• No External Server: The developer does not maintain any backend database or remote server for this extension.
• No Data Collection: Your passwords, usernames, and account lists are never transmitted to the developer, to third parties, or to any cloud infrastructure.
• No Tracking: The Extension does not contain analytics, advertising trackers, or telemetry code.

4. Permissions and Why They Are Used

• cookies: Required to clear existing session cookies for promisemart.com before logging into a different account, avoiding conflicting session states.
• tabs: Used to close existing PromiseMart tabs and open a clean login tab when switching accounts.

5. Data Control, Backup & Deletion

• Manual Edit / Delete: You can edit or remove any account or group at any time.
• Clear All Data: Clicking “Clear All Accounts” in the Extension settings instantly and permanently deletes all stored data.
• JSON Backup: You can export your data to a local JSON file or import a backup whenever you wish.
• Uninstalling: Removing the Extension from Chrome automatically wipes all local data associated with it.

6. Google Web Store Limited Use Certification

The developer complies with the Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies, including the Limited Use requirements:

• User data is never sold, transferred, or leased to third parties.
• User data is used solely to facilitate the Extension’s single purpose: local account management and auto-login for PromiseMart.
